After having played for 15 minutes, Yoppie Duaramuri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandung Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yoppie Duaramuri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bandung Tigers's Hatta Arnawa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Bandung Tigers from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Lupus United's goal looked a bit too open when Yoppie Duaramuri came free, but Zulkifli Sujana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hatta Arnawa made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Vasco Perdigão sent off a good shot on target. Arief Anhar in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hatta Arnawa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Zulkifli Sujana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 34 minutes into the match, Lupus United's goal looked a bit too open when Yoppie Duaramuri came free, but Zulkifli Sujana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zulkifli Sujana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoppie Duaramuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bandung Tigers's Jem Butt managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Miroslaw Drugi in the 35 minute of the game. Gendo Matulessy struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Zulkifli Sujana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bandung Tigers. 38 minutes into the match, Lupus United's goal looked a bit too open when Yoppie Duaramuri came free, but Zulkifli Sujana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kiki Murtopo's late challenge caught a Lupus United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kiki Murtopo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiki Murtopo to maneuver through the defense. Zulkifli Sujana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yoppie Duaramuri in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yoppie Duaramuri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hatta Arnawa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haji Bolot, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Zulkifli Sujana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yoppie Duaramuri's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Bandung Tigers's Kaan Zoet got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 69 minutes of play, Lupus United's Haji Bolot made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hatta Arnawa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hatta Arnawa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Imran Baihaqi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bandung Tigers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arief Anhar was slow to take the kick. During this time Lupus United's players had a chance to rest. Lupus United's Miroslaw Drugi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hatta Arnawa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Imran Baihaqi in the 80th minute of play forced Bandung Tigers's goalkeeper Hatta Arnawa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bandung Tigers's Kaan Zoet got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiki Murtopo to maneuver through the defense. Zulkifli Sujana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yoppie Duaramuri in the 89th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lupus United's zone, Yoppie Duaramuri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zulkifli Sujana came out of the goal and Yoppie Duaramuri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
