Mattis Magic Team's Konrad Bubczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amin Kurd in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurício Trigo in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nacho González prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurício Trigo scored 1-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nacho González, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Bennvar Elin in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Astillero del Guayas's Alonzo Cabello. If Maurício Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astillero del Guayas's Nacho González played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Trigo in the 18th minute of play. Maurício Trigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nacho González read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Konrad Bubczyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amin Kurd's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. When Mattis Magic Team's Maurício Trigo in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Astillero del Guayas's goalie prevented a goal. After 29 minutes of play, Mattis Magic Team's Maurício Trigo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The supporters of Mattis Magic Team booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clóvis Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Maurício Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nacho González saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mattias Svan in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Zacarias Junqueira hit a great ball. Clóvis Lima made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mattis Magic Team's Zacarias Junqueira. Nacho González made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Trigo in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maurício Trigo to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurício Trigo. In the 54th minute, Maurício Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Nacho González. Astillero del Guayas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Mattias Svan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Mattis Magic Team's goal looked a bit too open when Amin Kurd came free, but Konrad Bubczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Maurício Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mattis Magic Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurício Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Ziemowit Lampa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nacho González made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Lech Sierocki sent off a good shot on target. Unax Viado's late challenge caught a Astillero del Guayas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Unax Viado helped the player get up and apologised. Unax Viado kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Mattias Svan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurício Trigo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nacho González firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Mattis Magic Team's Roch Komornicki got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 83 played minutes Mattis Magic Team got a freekick which was hit by Maurício Trigo. After a rather tough play, Astillero del Guayas's Bagui Lizana got a free kick in the 89th minute. Lech Sierocki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nacho González. Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Svan in the 92nd minute of play forced Mattis Magic Team's goalkeeper Konrad Bubczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Mattis Magic Team's Nacho González threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roch Komornicki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mattis Magic Team had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
