Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Maurício Trigo kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Mattis Magic Team were awarded a corner. Emil Burowski went to the cornerflag to take it. After 11 minutes Mattis Magic Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bagui Lizana who took care of the corner kick. Maurício Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Astillero del Guayas's Nacho González played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Trigo in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Svan in the 15th minute of play forced Mattis Magic Team's goalkeeper Konrad Bubczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurício Trigo took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nacho González. Nacho González dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Mattis Magic Team's Lech Sierocki got a free kick in the 21st minute. Astillero del Guayas's Bagui Lizana shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 22nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Konrad Bubczyk but with some difficulty. Konrad Bubczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amin Kurd in the 26th minute of play. Clóvis Lima hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Maurício Trigo sped through Astillero del Guayas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nacho González. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute of the match Mattis Magic Team got a corner. Astillero del Guayas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emil Burowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bennvar Elin was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Emil Burowski hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Astillero del Guayas's Konrad Bubczyk threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mattias Svan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, one of Mattis Magic Team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Konrad Bubczyk had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Mattias Svan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Trigo in the 46th minute of play forced Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amin Kurd made a kick off. Zacarias Junqueira hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute Ulizes Sola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Bubczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mattis Magic Team's Pawel Raszek was substituted for Zacarias Junqueira. Astillero del Guayas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Maurício Trigo scored to the left of an out of position Nacho González, making the score, 0-4. Mattis Magic Team's Wojciech Jaroszewicz was substituted for Emil Burowski. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Maurício Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mattis Magic Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurício Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nacho González breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Astillero del Guayas getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Mattias Svan hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurício Trigo. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Maurício Trigo took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Nacho González to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulizes Sola in the 79th minute of play forced Mattis Magic Team's goalkeeper Konrad Bubczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute Roch Komornicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nacho González saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes Astillero del Guayas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lech Sierocki who took care of the corner kick. Nacho González came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Mattis Magic Team's Maurício Trigo. But to his dismay, Maurício Trigo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 96th minute Astillero del Guayas were awarded a corner. Bagui Lizana went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Mattis Magic Team's goalie and right to Ulizes Sola. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Mattis Magic Team's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mattis Magic Team walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
