The supporters of S.E.R Corujão booed when AKDmicos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Ciceron didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sílvio Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitório Machado in the 11th minute of play forced AKDmicos FC's goalkeeper Andres Erramun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AKDmicos FC's Andres Erramun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save AKDmicos FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, AKDmicos FC's Andres Erramun got control of the ball when Franklin Toscano tried to sneak it across the goal line. AKDmicos FC's Andres Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitório Machado in the 31st minute of play. Nando Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Azubeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. AKDmicos FC's Nunez Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute Vitório Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Erramun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andres Erramun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamim de Almeida in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Narciso Azubeli made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim de Almeida in the 51st minute of play forced AKDmicos FC's goalkeeper Andres Erramun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Nunez Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. AKDmicos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nunez Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nando Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. S.E.R Corujão's Nando Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save S.E.R Corujão from getting a goal against them. Andres Erramun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nando Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Chepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. S.E.R Corujão's Nando Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save S.E.R Corujão from getting a goal against them. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 0-0. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.

The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. S.E.R Corujão's Franklin Toscano started the play with his kick off. In the 104th minute, Orlando Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AKDmicos FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
