An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Cozzetti in the 11th minute of play forced Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's goalkeeper Batıkan Muhsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Fabian Gurgul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Weronka Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Batıkan Muhsin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máximo Cozzetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. With a little luck, Weronka Team's Cankut Enginsoy got control of the ball when Aykut Canel tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aykut Canel in the 31st minute of play forced Weronka Team's goalkeeper Cankut Enginsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cankut Enginsoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aykut Canel in the 33rd minute. In the 40th minute, Aykut Canel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Napoleon Podolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabian Gurgul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aykut Canel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cankut Enginsoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. When Aykut Canel came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aykut Canel couldn't finish the play. Cankut Enginsoy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aykut Canel went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 60th minute Aykut Canel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cankut Enginsoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Aykut Canel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cankut Enginsoy. Weronka Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aykut Canel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After a rather tough play, Weronka Team's Yu Guang De got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After some careless play in the Weronka Team defense, Aykut Canel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cankut Enginsoy. The Weronka Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cankut Enginsoy should have stopped the shot. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC made a substitution. Lorenzo James replaced Kurtuluş Senih. In the 71st minute, Napoleon Podolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC's Batıkan Muhsin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Tᴜʀᴋᴇʏ Lɪᴏɴꜱ FC from getting a goal against them. Batıkan Muhsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máximo Cozzetti in the 88th minute of the match. Bernardo Sasso kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Robustiano Eron hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Christoph Gyselinx's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Batıkan Muhsin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
