In the 5th minute Tirso Fabelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Blai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gervasio Juvenal in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cortez Nobo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 8 minutes FC Ibias's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eulalio Selatse who took care of the corner kick. Carlos Chan scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cortez Nobo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Juvenal in the 15th minute of play forced FC Ibias's goalkeeper Cortez Nobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Carlos Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cortez Nobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Arturo Guerrero fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 17th play minutes Tirso Fabelo shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Hernan Blai and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 27th minute, Gorri Alcalde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Pack FC's Hernan Blai got control of the ball when César Quiroga tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Gentza in the 30th minute of play forced FC Ibias's goalkeeper Cortez Nobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, FC Ibias's Arturo Guerrero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hernan Blai. Hernan Blai yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. FC Ibias's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gervasio Juvenal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Cortez Nobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Tono in the 54th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Ibias's Cortez Nobo got control of the ball when Gervasio Juvenal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Cortez Nobo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Belasko Abasalo charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belasko Abasalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of FC Ibias:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pack FC:s goal. The supporters of Pack FC booed when FC Ibias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belasko Abasalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cortez Nobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Tono, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 93 minutes into the match, Pack FC's goal looked a bit too open when César Quiroga came free, but Hernan Blai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Pack FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
