Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ken Peers made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Wevelgem FC's Remco Van Groenderbeek got a free kick in the 6th minute. Goyanninha FC's Manuel Nunes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Wevelgem FC. Luckas Goddez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Romário Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romário Lara came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Wevelgem FC's Ken Peers. But to his dismay, Ken Peers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luckas Goddez struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Romário Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wevelgem FC. After 23 minutes of play, Wevelgem FC's Ken Peers made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romário Lara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ken Peers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Goyanninha FC's Romário Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luckas Goddez in the 28th minute of play. If Luisão Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ken Peers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romário Lara having to interfere. Romário Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luckas Goddez, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Gernando de Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Wevelgem FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luisão Dantas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Goyanninha FC's Luisão Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego De Graef's late challenge caught a Goyanninha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego De Graef helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Wevelgem FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Goyanninha FC:s goal. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Goyanninha FC. Manuel Nunes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Viktor De Baere. 1-2. When Carlos Fernando de Castro fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goyanninha FC's protests and gave Carlos Fernando de Castro a yellow card for diving instead. Viktor De Baere came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Goyanninha FC's Gernando de Carvalho. But to his dismay, Gernando de Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Gernando de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79thth minute of the game Luisão Dantas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wevelgem FC's Viktor De Baere was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luisão Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Wevelgem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando de Carvalho came free, but Viktor De Baere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romário Lara made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Luckas Goddez sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Wevelgem FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
