After a rather tough play, St. Patrick's Samuel Derwin got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 5 minutes into the match, St. Patrick's goal looked a bit too open when Tirso Fabelo came free, but Aaron Mede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute FC Ibias were awarded a corner. Arturo Guerrero went to the cornerflag to take it. Octavio Urtats thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Aaron Mede, a very annoying self made goal in the 8th minute which led to 0-1. Eleuterio Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Aaron Mede didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tirso Fabelo went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tirso Fabelo in the 15th minute of play forced St. Patrick's goalkeeper Aaron Mede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Ibias's Cortez Nobo got control of the ball when Samuel Derwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Berdoi in the 18th minute of play forced FC Ibias's goalkeeper Cortez Nobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Ismael Tauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cortez Nobo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cortez Nobo was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Ismael Tauro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ismael Tauro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After some careless play in the FC Ibias defense, Cristobal Berdoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cortez Nobo. The FC Ibias fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cortez Nobo should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute Tirso Fabelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tirso Fabelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Aaron Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Guerrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, St. Patrick's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Guerrero came free, but Aaron Mede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eleuterio Teodor got free with Cortez Nobo in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th match minute, St. Patrick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Derwin to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Cortez Nobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 minutes, Gavino Victoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the St. Patrick and the FC Ibias players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to St. Patrick getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Gavino Victoro hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, St. Patrick's goalkeeper Aaron Mede had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tirso Fabelo. In the 59th minute, Tomas Osasun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. St. Patrick's Aaron Mede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save St. Patrick from getting a goal against them. Aaron Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tirso Fabelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, FC Ibias's César Quiroga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Aaron Mede was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arturo Guerrero. A collision led to FC Ibias getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Fredo Castaño hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Ibias's Fredo Castaño got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, St. Patrick's Enzo Baristo got a free kick in the 74th minute. Arturo Guerrero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aaron Mede. St. Patrick's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eleuterio Teodor hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tirso Fabelo got free with Aaron Mede in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Ibias's Cortez Nobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Teodor in the 81st minute of play. Aaron Mede made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Lorenzo in the 83rd minute. Arturo Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cortez Nobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Teodor in the 90th minute of play. St. Patrick's Aaron Mede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tirso Fabelo in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Ibias walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
