Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xie Shu Tian in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabricio Polo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xie Shu Tian scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabricio Polo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Mystyc FC booed when Pecém was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Antunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabricio Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xie Shu Tian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th match minute, Pecém was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juarês Borges to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Mystyc FC's Marciano Luzea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Denílson Leão narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Salvador Mannuel charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Mannuel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Denílson Leão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marciano Luzea's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Pecém booed when Mystyc FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Toribio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ibon Obeso in the 54th minute of play forced Mystyc FC's goalkeeper Fabricio Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabricio Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xie Shu Tian in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Mystyc FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Toribio to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xie Shu Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Remigio Toribio made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pecém's Ibon Obeso. After 69 played minutes Pecém got a freekick which was hit by Ibon Obeso. Fabricio Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xie Shu Tian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigio Toribio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 91 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Denílson Leão right hand side. Xie Shu Tian's late challenge caught a Mystyc FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xie Shu Tian helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Xie Shu Tian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
