With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chu Liang Ping in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Matildo Gatti saved Devoto club social from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guga Capixaba in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ubaldo Matildo Gatti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Chu Liang Ping. But to his dismay, Chu Liang Ping quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a little luck, Devoto club social's Ubaldo Matildo Gatti got control of the ball when Guga Capixaba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Guga Capixaba capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Guga Capixaba really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. If Emanuel Oxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Eriberto Vidal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Aristides Eduino in the 33 minute of the game. In the 34th minute Chu Liang Ping shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chu Liang Ping, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The audience was convinced that Chu Liang Ping's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubaldo Matildo Gatti was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 38th minute Chu Liang Ping shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emerson Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.

51 minutes into the match, Devoto club social's goal looked a bit too open when Guga Capixaba came free, but Ubaldo Matildo Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Devoto club social made a substitution. Mart Palermo replaced Javier Semeno. In the 57th minute of the game Aristides Eduino made a throw-in which Lucas Chance played forward. In the 60th minute, Lara Croft hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute of the match Barcellos Mineiro FC got a corner. Devoto club social's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eriberto Vidal ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Eriberto Vidal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ubaldo Matildo Gatti quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Domingues in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Capixaba in the 65th minute of play forced Devoto club social's goalkeeper Ubaldo Matildo Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Chu Liang Ping shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devoto club social's Ubaldo Matildo Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chu Liang Ping in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Devoto club social's zone, Maurinho Arruda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti came out of the goal and Maurinho Arruda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Devoto club social's goal looked a bit too open when Guga Capixaba came free, but Ubaldo Matildo Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Guga Capixaba notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Devoto club social's Ubaldo Matildo Gatti. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Devoto club social's zone, Guga Capixaba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Matildo Gatti came out of the goal and Guga Capixaba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Emerson Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barcellos Mineiro FC had played much better football throughout.
