Torcato Rebocho kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Ignatius Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geert-Jan Huyberechts in the 8th minute of play. Refael Lissens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Vigário, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Refael Lissens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Vigário in the 12th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Amado Vigário ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Refael Lissens was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Garanhão do SUL's Amado Vigário in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jonas en de Walvis II's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Jonas en de Walvis II defense, Amado Vigário kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Refael Lissens. The Jonas en de Walvis II fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Refael Lissens should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Jonas en de Walvis II's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Costa came free, but Refael Lissens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Vigário in the 24th minute of play forced Jonas en de Walvis II's goalkeeper Refael Lissens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Jonas en de Walvis II's zone, Edgar Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Refael Lissens came out of the goal and Edgar Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Torcato Rebocho notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Jonas en de Walvis II's Refael Lissens. Refael Lissens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amado Vigário received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Refael Lissens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Edgar Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Refael Lissens was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Refael Lissens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Vigário in the 42nd minute of play. Refael Lissens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Vigário, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Costa in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Refael Lissens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amado Vigário to make the kick off. Edgar Costa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Refael Lissens skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonas en de Walvis II's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amado Vigário 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. 58 minutes into the game, Edgar Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Refael Lissens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Garanhão do SUL's Akis Kefallinos got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Garanhão do SUL's Albano Leizarraga was substituted for Torcato Rebocho. Garanhão do SUL's André Roriz was substituted for Edgar Costa. Refael Lissens stood somewhat misplaced when André Roriz came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 68 minute. After some careless play in the Jonas en de Walvis II defense, Albano Leizarraga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Refael Lissens. The Jonas en de Walvis II fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Refael Lissens should have stopped the shot. Amado Vigário recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. André Roriz got in the 85th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Refael Lissens handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Albano Leizarraga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Refael Lissens. That made the score 0-12 in the 86 minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, André Roriz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Refael Lissens, 0-14. 96 minutes into the game, Garanhão do SUL's André Roriz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Refael Lissens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-15. The Jonas en de Walvis II fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Garanhão do SUL were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
