Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alberigo Prosperi took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes, Alberigo Prosperi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FERRO SALTA's Alex Landfred tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 6 minutes into the game, Alberigo Prosperi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alex Landfred was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Teofilo Frisco fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FERRO SALTA's protests and gave Teofilo Frisco a yellow card for diving instead. Teofilo Frisco kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Alex Landfred stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberigo Prosperi's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. If Alberigo Prosperi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucio Lando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Thomás Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, FERRO SALTA's goal looked a bit too open when Robinho Urbano came free, but Alex Landfred reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Alberigo Prosperi made a precise shot to the right of Alex Landfred. FERRO SALTA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Prosperi in the 26th minute of play forced FERRO SALTA's goalkeeper Alex Landfred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Robinho Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capibaribe Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Robinho Urbano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Landfred breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Capibaribe Stars's Alberigo Prosperi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alex Landfred narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Landfred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberigo Prosperi in the 36th minute of the match. Albino Gaskon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alex Landfred tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41stth minute of the game Alberigo Prosperi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FERRO SALTA's Alex Landfred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alex Landfred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberigo Prosperi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After a rather tough play, FERRO SALTA's Teofilo Frisco got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elvio Eneko was the one to do the kick off. Alex Landfred made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberigo Prosperi in the 54th minute. Alex Landfred made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Alberigo Prosperi sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Alberigo Prosperi took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Alex Landfred to make any attempt to save it. Alex Landfred stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberigo Prosperi's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Capibaribe Stars's Alberigo Prosperi came free and shot a quick shot against goal 62 minutes in the game, fortunately Alex Landfred had problems saving as it came toward the left post. With his leg Alex Landfred managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Capibaribe Stars's Alberigo Prosperi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alberigo Prosperi might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Landfred. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberigo Prosperi ran back to his position shaking his head. Capibaribe Stars's Jarl Rossebø was substituted for Nike 武磊. Capibaribe Stars's Henry Costa was substituted for Robinho Urbano. With an all-out effort, Capibaribe Stars's Alex Landfred threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henry Costa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alex Landfred made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Mohamed Basso sent off a good shot on target. After 82 minutes FERRO SALTA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wilton Fontes who took care of the corner kick. Capibaribe Stars's Wilton Fontes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alex Landfred in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Capibaribe Stars's Hicham Al Azka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alex Landfred. That made the score 0-6 after 83 minutes of play. Alex Landfred took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Gaskon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Landfred was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Mohamed Basso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mohamed Basso really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 92nd minute, Henry Costa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alex Landfred. The goal made the score 0-8. 95 minutes into the game, Mohamed Basso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Alex Landfred was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mohamed Basso struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Alex Landfred didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capibaribe Stars. The FERRO SALTA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Capibaribe Stars were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
