Zygmunt Koprowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Ekrot in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to BVB 09 getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Aurelian Jucan hit a great ball. Zygmunt Koprowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Ekrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Dag Hammarskjöld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Koprowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes BVB 09's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dag Hammarskjöld who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Tomas Ekrot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zygmunt Koprowski was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Ilias Porneos kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Dag Hammarskjöld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Koprowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Hammarskjöld in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iacob Vernescu in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattias Brandt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The BVB 09 fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when BVB 09's Iacob Vernescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 33rd minute, Dag Hammarskjöld made a precise shot to the right of Zygmunt Koprowski. BVB 09's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to BVB 09 getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Lucjan Drugi hit a great ball. Mattias Brandt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iacob Vernescu in the 39th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Iacob Vernescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Ekrot to strike the kick off in the second half. Mattias Brandt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iacob Vernescu in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Iacob Vernescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute Iacob Vernescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Brandt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Asdfgh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Åhlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the game, BVB 09's Iacob Vernescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mattias Brandt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 68th match minute, Asdfgh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertil Deckbergh to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Ekrot in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zygmunt Koprowski saved BVB 09 from getting behind. Mattias Brandt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Cristoloveanu in the 73rd minute of the match. After 79 minutes BVB 09's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dag Hammarskjöld who took care of the corner kick. Dag Hammarskjöld made a great header on Asdfgh's corner, it was just that BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski managed to reach the ball for a save. Mattias Brandt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Cristoloveanu in the 81st minute of the match. Moise Cristoloveanu took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattias Brandt. Mattias Brandt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Asdfgh made a substitution. Arvid Bruse replaced Daniel Wallmark. Moise Cristoloveanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mattias Brandt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moise Cristoloveanu ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew the final whistle, BVB 09 could leave the field as winners, despite Asdfgh having more of the ball for most of the match.
