When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gustaw Tscherner sped through Robotnicy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ignacy Loncki. After 7 minutes, Gilbert Oliszewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astral Roots Gdynia and the Robotnicy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Gilbert Oliszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 12 minutes, Czeslaw Pinczewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Astral Roots Gdynia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Czeslaw Pinczewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Gustaw Tscherner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ignacy Loncki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Robotnicy booed when Astral Roots Gdynia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaw Tscherner didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Czeslaw Pinczewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignacy Loncki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 26 minutes into the game, Astral Roots Gdynia's Co Wielaert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacy Loncki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Ignacy Loncki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Pinczewski in the 31st minute of play. Robotnicy's Ignacy Loncki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Pinczewski in the 32nd minute of play. Czeslaw Pinczewski took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacy Loncki. Ignacy Loncki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Co Wielaert in the 38th minute of play forced Robotnicy's goalkeeper Ignacy Loncki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miromir Barniszke during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Astral Roots Gdynia booed when Robotnicy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Barniszke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Czeslaw Pinczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Astral Roots Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Paciuszko came free, but Sébastien Marionneau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustaw Tscherner was the one to do the kick off. When Czeslaw Pinczewski came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Astral Roots Gdynia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Czeslaw Pinczewski couldn't finish the play. Ignacy Loncki came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Astral Roots Gdynia's Co Wielaert. But to his dismay, Co Wielaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zygmunt Moizuk got free with Ignacy Loncki in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Robotnicy's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Tscherner came free, but Ignacy Loncki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Co Wielaert scored 0-8 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacy Loncki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Astral Roots Gdynia made a substitution. Benedykt Jarosiewicz replaced Gustaw Tscherner. Sébastien Marionneau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Tobaczewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Roman Popowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sébastien Marionneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sébastien Marionneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milosz Paciuszko in the 81st minute of the match. Sébastien Marionneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Gotfryd, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Bernard Walczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astral Roots Gdynia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Robotnicy the free kick. Bernard Walczak hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd match minute, Astral Roots Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Walczak to maneuver through the defense. Tomasz Tobaczewski kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Astral Roots Gdynia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
