Aristides Lluc might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Maria Branco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aristides Lluc ran back to his position shaking his head. Bem Bolado's José Maria Branco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Bem Bolado from getting a goal against them. Nicanor Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Sanches in the 9th minute of play. After 13 minutes of play, El Pulpo Paceño's Ysmael Abad made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Maria Branco was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bem Bolado's goalkeeper José Maria Branco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Lluc in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Maria Branco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bem Bolado's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kamil Glik was slow to take the kick. During this time El Pulpo Paceño's players had a chance to rest. Kamil Glik made a great header on El Pulpo Paceño's corner, it was just that Bem Bolado's José Maria Branco managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 33rd minute Marcel Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Lluc hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Bem Bolado's Leopoldo Mandrak got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Aristides Lluc made a precise shot to the right of José Maria Branco. Bem Bolado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Aristides Lluc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. José Maria Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Bem Bolado got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Alves. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aristides Lluc made a kick off. A collision led to Bem Bolado getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Diego Faria hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Lluc in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Maria Branco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bem Bolado's José Maria Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Lluc in the 57th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Kamil Glik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicanor Ascencio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Marcelinho do Valle. After a rather tough play, Bem Bolado's Diego Faria got a free kick in the 66th minute. José Maria Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Lluc in the 67th minute of play. The corner ended in Ysmael Abad almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bem Bolado's José Maria Branco did a great save. The corner led El Pulpo Paceño's Kamil Glik to fire away a dangerous shot which José Maria Branco despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Ysmael Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Leopoldo Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcel Sanches could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Nicanor Ascencio made a huge save. José Maria Branco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Lluc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bem Bolado's José Maria Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Lluc in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Lluc in the 84th minute of play forced Bem Bolado's goalkeeper José Maria Branco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 played minutes El Pulpo Paceño got a freekick which was hit by Kamil Glik. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The El Pulpo Paceño fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bem Bolado had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
