In the 14th match minute, Cassandros Elite Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Bulkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Régis Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Hamberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 23 minutes The Best Ones's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lisandro Guerreiro who took care of the corner kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deivid Passos was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, The Best Ones's Régis Leite got control of the ball when Josué Pedroso tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Cassandros Elite Team's goal looked a bit too open when Deivid Passos came free, but Olavo Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cassandros Elite Team's Olavo Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Tande in the 56th minute of play. Régis Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Avelar in the 62nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Fábio Caetano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Régis Leite. That made the score 0-2 in the 86 minute of play. Olavo Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deivid Passos in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Washington Coelho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Olavo Pinto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cassandros Elite Team walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
