During this time Belgrano de Pibasog's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Belgrano de Pibasog's Blue Dolar to fire away a dangerous shot which Dennis Josefsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kalle Lööf hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kalle Lööf during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dennis Josefsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Judas Verón in the 25th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Gino Tonić reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardo Raggio. The goal made the score 1-1. Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano de Pibasog from getting a goal against them. When Belgrano de Pibasog's Judas Verón in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
