Karl-Ove Hägert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Pavlos Konstantakakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gianluca Balla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Franciszek Lerych made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goal looked a bit too open when Fotis Katramados came free, but Pavlos Konstantakakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franciszek Lerych made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brandon Rick in the 18th minute. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's attentive Mike Grabner managed to snatch the ball when Per Schmettau made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. Fotis Katramados recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute Gianni Balla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franciszek Lerych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Wojciech Damazki was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pavlos Konstantakakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Gianluca Balla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89thth minute of the game Arkadiusz Solibieda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gianluca Balla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hamburg Fighters fully deserved thier win.
