After a rather tough play, Pepsi FC's Uno Wallander got a free kick in the 8th minute. With an all-out effort, Royal PSG's Christer Forsberg threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edoardo Filippini, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Royal PSG's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by André Luquet in the 11th minute. Edoardo Filippini scored 3-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christer Forsberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pepsi FC's Christer Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edoardo Filippini in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Edoardo Filippini notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Pepsi FC's Christer Forsberg. Christer Forsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Edoardo Filippini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Royal PSG's supporters rose to their feet, but Edoardo Filippini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Forsberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tristan Bétourne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sture Stensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The Royal PSG fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Royal PSG's Edoardo Filippini looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edoardo Filippini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 37 minutes into the match, Pepsi FC's goalkeeper Christer Forsberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edoardo Filippini. The corner led to Royal PSG's Çeliker Müjdat getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Edoardo Filippini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sture Stensson to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Edoardo Filippini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Christer Forsberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 55 minutes into the match, Edoardo Filippini notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Pepsi FC's Christer Forsberg. Christer Forsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christer Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christophe Dureuil in the 57th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edoardo Filippini in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Forsberg saved Pepsi FC from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Edoardo Filippini made a precise shot to the right of Christer Forsberg. Pepsi FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. 66 minutes into the match, Pepsi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Filippini came free, but Christer Forsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edoardo Filippini scored 10-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christer Forsberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Fred Torres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christer Forsberg was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Edoardo Filippini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edoardo Filippini might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christer Forsberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edoardo Filippini ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Filippini in the 73rd minute of play forced Pepsi FC's goalkeeper Christer Forsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edoardo Filippini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Forsberg having to interfere. Edoardo Filippini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christer Forsberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Christer Forsberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edoardo Filippini went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. If Hu Sheng Nan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Edoardo Filippini put it in 12-0 from a short distance just to the right of Christer Forsberg. Christer Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Filippini in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st minute Edoardo Filippini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edoardo Filippini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christer Forsberg having to make a save. Christer Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Filippini in the 93rd minute of play. Christer Forsberg came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Royal PSG's Edoardo Filippini. But to his dismay, Edoardo Filippini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. There was no doubt that Royal PSG were the better team. Royal PSG's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
