With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joe Herring in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valerios Paboulis saved Amfithea Hotspur from getting behind. In the 12th minute, Joe Herring ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valerios Paboulis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Yuan Wei Han received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Valerios Paboulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Valencia C.F.'s Jerry Lodge got control of the ball when Konstantinos Psiloglou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valerios Paboulis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joe Herring went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Joe Herring made a precise shot to the right of Valerios Paboulis. Amfithea Hotspur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Amfithea Hotspur's Valerios Paboulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joe Herring in the 31st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Guillermo Farré got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valerios Paboulis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute, Joe Herring left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valencia C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Miltos Macheras made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Markos Miroforidis however managed to control. The Valencia C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Valencia C.F.'s Joe Herring looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Amfithea Hotspur's zone, Joe Herring stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valerios Paboulis came out of the goal and Joe Herring tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Konstantinos Psiloglou made a kick off. Jerry Lodge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Triantis in the 56th minute of the match. Joe Herring scored 0-6 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valerios Paboulis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jerry Lodge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Triantis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Charilaos Dimitrakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Lodge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Valencia C.F. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Oliver Bean hit a great ball. Valerios Paboulis came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Valencia C.F.'s Joe Herring. But to his dismay, Joe Herring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Jerry Lodge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christos Triantis, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Amfithea Hotspur's Markos Miroforidis got a free kick in the 78th minute. Valerios Paboulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joe Herring, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marinos Valassakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Lodge having to interfere. In the 87th minute Joe Herring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerios Paboulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Luis Gayà hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Jerry Lodge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charilaos Dimitrakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerry Lodge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charilaos Dimitrakis in the 93rd minute of the match. The Amfithea Hotspur fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Valencia C.F. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
