In the 15th minute of the game Reynaldo Vimaro made a throw-in which Juan Raúl Amuchástegui played forward. Jaime Lluc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Bailey in the 16th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Delay Sports got a freekick which was hit by Theo Baitschora. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Christopher Bailey put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jaime Lluc. After some careless play in the Delay Sports defense, Juan Raúl Amuchástegui kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Lluc. The Delay Sports fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Lluc should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Chap in the 27th minute of play forced Delay Sports's goalkeeper Jaime Lluc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Theo Baitschora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 29 minutes, Indar Campon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forever Tango's supporters crossed their fingers, but Indar Campon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Christopher Bailey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Lluc was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Delay Sports's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Indar Campon was slow to take the kick. During this time Forever Tango's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Forever Tango's corner Indar Campon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jaime Lluc quite easily take care of the ball. The Forever Tango fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Forever Tango's Juan Raúl Amuchástegui looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 42ndth minute of the game Juan Raúl Amuchástegui who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Delay Sports's Jaime Lluc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46th minute Christopher Bailey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Lluc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Santo was the one to do the kick off. Arnaldo Alagoano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Delay Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Alagoano to maneuver through the defense. Forever Tango made a substitution. Modesto Txeru replaced Narciso Chap. Forever Tango's Luisito Senio was substituted for Omar Santo. In the 67th minute, Arnaldo Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salvador Pacifico hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christopher Bailey got free with Jaime Lluc in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77thth minute of the game Christopher Bailey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Delay Sports's Jaime Lluc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaime Lluc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Txeru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Naelio hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Forever Tango's Christopher Bailey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. 96 minutes into the match, Modesto Txeru notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Delay Sports's Jaime Lluc. Jaime Lluc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Forever Tango could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Delay Sports throughout the match.
