Spectators: 952 (Terracing: 714, Seating: 219, VIP seats: 19) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frederik Dams took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Bianco Sforza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baran Eroğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4thth minute of the game Frederik Dams who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Highbury Boys 1896's Baran Eroğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 5 minutes, Frederik Dams made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Highbury Boys 1896's Baran Eroğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bianco Altobelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Farrugia in the 17th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Lupi Grigi got a freekick which was hit by Fulvio De Marco. Bianco Altobelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Farrugia, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Elia Gismondi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baran Eroğlu skillfully saved the ball. In the 31st minute Sigfred Michaely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bianco Altobelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malcolm Farrugia scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bianco Altobelli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aidan Dingli hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Elia Gismondi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Malcolm Farrugia to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Malcolm Farrugia made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lupi Grigi's Bianco Altobelli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56thth minute of the game Frederik Dams who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Highbury Boys 1896's Baran Eroğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bianco Sforza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lupi Grigi's Eraldo Giancola was substituted for Teobaldo Cordarin. Sindre Tverberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bianco Altobelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Farrugia in the 77th minute of play. Lupi Grigi's Concetto Marcelli was substituted for Cristoforo Di Silvio. Malcolm Farrugia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malcolm Farrugia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bianco Altobelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot by Fulvio De Marco from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got Baran Eroğlu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the referee ended the match the Highbury Boys 1896 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
