The Jadymy Durś fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Piszczor should have stopped the shot. Jadymy Durś's Edgar Piszczor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Nataniel in the 24th minute of play. Edgar Piszczor came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Quilmes's Ismael Dolcet. But to his dismay, Ismael Dolcet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. In the 30th minute, Lucas Nataniel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Piszczor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Wieslaw Wnukowski lost his temper 37 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 37th match minute, Jadymy Durś was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wieslaw Wnukowski to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Piszczor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacobo Lauro went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goalkeeper Adan Lartaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franciszek Jeziorkowski. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jacobo Lauro made the kick off in the second half. Jadymy Durś's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Lucas Nataniel scored to the left of an out of position Edgar Piszczor, making the score, 0-18. Quilmes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
