El ultimo's Tao Cheng Zhi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Polat Aranda in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, El ultimo's Celestino Nisio got a free kick in the 19th minute. A collision led to La Scaloneta getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Polat Aranda hit a great ball. Franco Moscatelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vasile Pisculescu in the 29th minute. Franco Moscatelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vasile Pisculescu went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of El ultimo booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Polat Aranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to La Scaloneta getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Polat Aranda hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilberto Izel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, La Scaloneta's Concetto Guerra got a free kick in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Ignatius came free, but Franco Moscatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in El ultimo's zone, Gilberto Izel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tao Cheng Zhi came out of the goal and Gilberto Izel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tao Cheng Zhi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Izel in the 73rd minute of the match. Enrique Rozarius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tao Cheng Zhi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Teo Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Izel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 82 played minutes, El ultimo's Talha Ekin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franco Moscatelli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El ultimo reached it. La Scaloneta's Gilberto Izel got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Ignatius came free, but Franco Moscatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Rozarius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Tao Cheng Zhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
