When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wei Guang Xing made a kick off. Wei Guang Xing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. MONTANHA's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Cardozo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Reyes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of MONTANHA booed when Corazuli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bosse Houth didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match Corazuli got a corner. MONTANHA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonathan Iban ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jonathan Iban almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MONTANHA's Andres van der Sar did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wei Guang Xing during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, MONTANHA's Wei Guang Xing got a free kick in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Santos Vasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres van der Sar. MONTANHA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Vasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Corazuli's Urbano Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wei Guang Xing in the 84th minute of play. If Wei Guang Xing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 87 minutes into the match, MONTANHA's Wei Guang Xing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urbano Reyes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of MONTANHA booed when Corazuli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Vasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MONTANHA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Corazuli had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
