Bin Shevchenko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mentor Auderset having to make a save. 4 minutes into the match, FC Triesen's goal looked a bit too open when Bin Shevchenko came free, but Mentor Auderset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bin Shevchenko scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mentor Auderset, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bin Shevchenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mentor Auderset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bin Shevchenko's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Lukas Dupuy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robin Gassner's late challenge caught a Blumenau Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Gassner helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Blumenau Esporte Clube booed when FC Triesen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Gassner didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bin Shevchenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bin Shevchenko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mentor Auderset having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Blumenau Esporte Clube's Mentor Auderset threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bin Shevchenko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, FC Triesen's Robin Gassner got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute Bin Shevchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mentor Auderset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bin Shevchenko might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mentor Auderset. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bin Shevchenko ran back to his position shaking his head. Mentor Auderset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bin Shevchenko in the 28th minute of play. Bin Shevchenko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mentor Auderset read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd play minute Bin Shevchenko came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mentor Auderset. 2-0. In the 35th minute, Bin Shevchenko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bin Shevchenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mentor Auderset made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Bin Shevchenko sent off a good shot on target. Mentor Auderset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bin Shevchenko's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Edvaldo de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Mentor Auderset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Gassner got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 46 minutes into the game, one of FC Triesen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mentor Auderset had in the 49thth minute some difficulties stopping Xandinho Sharkin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Blumenau Esporte Clube's Xandinho Sharkin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lukas Dupuy, made in the 54th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Edvaldo de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blumenau Esporte Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvaldo de Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mentor Auderset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mentor Auderset took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvaldo de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Lucas-Ignacio Lugano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lukas Dupuy in the 64 minute of the game. 71 minutes into the match, FC Triesen's goal looked a bit too open when Bin Shevchenko came free, but Mentor Auderset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Bin Shevchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mentor Auderset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Leme hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Lorenzo Guerreiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvaldo de Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mentor Auderset having to interfere. Bin Shevchenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Triesen's zone, Bin Shevchenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mentor Auderset came out of the goal and Bin Shevchenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Triesen getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Gerardo Kellenberger hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, FC Triesen's goal looked a bit too open when Bin Shevchenko came free, but Mentor Auderset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Triesen booed when Blumenau Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Augusto Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Franco Dupuy could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which Luiz Fábio Leite however easily saved by the left post. Blumenau Esporte Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
