Spectators: 836 (Terracing: 628, Seating: 192, VIP seats: 16) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marc van Nistelrooij started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rio Newton in the 3rd minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Dennis Beerthuis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Nesor in the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Project X's goalkeeper Simon Bergsten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fred Zandberg. In the 8th match minute, Project X was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Gallagher to maneuver through the defense. Hermengildo Nesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 9th minute, one of Project X:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Project X. The crowd rose to their feet as Marc van Nistelrooij kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Simon Bergsten. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, John Gallagher notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Winthont FC's Dennis Beerthuis. Dennis Beerthuis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Simon Bergsten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marc van Nistelrooij in the 20th minute. Simon Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Nesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Hermengildo Nesor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Simon Bergsten came out and tried to block the shot, but Hermengildo Nesor slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 27th minute. Hermengildo Nesor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Bergsten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Simon Bergsten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Nesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 38 minutes, Hermengildo Nesor made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Project X's Simon Bergsten tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Hermengildo Nesor took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Simon Bergsten to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerzy Piechna to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Nesor in the 56th minute of play forced Project X's goalkeeper Simon Bergsten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simon Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Nesor in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc van Nistelrooij in the 74th minute of play forced Project X's goalkeeper Simon Bergsten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Winthont FC's Hermengildo Nesor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simon Bergsten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Hermengildo Nesor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simon Bergsten. Project X's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermengildo Nesor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After 84 minutes, Jerzy Piechna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Project X and the Winthont FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Project X's Jerzy Piechna got a free kick in the 84th minute. Simon Bergsten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Gorbea in the 85th minute of play. John Gallagher kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When Winthont FC's Marc van Nistelrooij in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Project X's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes into the game, Winthont FC's Sixto Gorbea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Bergsten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Simon Bergsten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Gorbea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Project X's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Gorbea came free, but Simon Bergsten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Project X's Simon Bergsten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Gorbea in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Project X players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Winthont FC.
