Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gilmar Couto started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Couto in the 2nd minute of play forced Karlsborg's goalkeeper Aron Vikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Gilmar Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Vikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karlsborg's Aron Vikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Couto in the 10th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilmar Couto in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Vikström saved Karlsborg from getting behind. The throw-in from Gert Lund in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Botafogo MZRJ's Juvenal Camargo. If Gilmar Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gilmar Couto struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Aron Vikström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Botafogo MZRJ. Gilmar Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aron Vikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Couto in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute Serginho Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Vikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anton Stenman kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Gilmar Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jailson Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Vikström having to interfere. Karlsborg's Aron Vikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilmar Couto in the 39th minute of play. Botafogo MZRJ's attentive Juvenal Camargo managed to snatch the ball when Wiktor Karlstedt made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Karlsborg defense, Jailson Capixaba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aron Vikström. The Karlsborg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aron Vikström should have stopped the shot.

Aron Vikström was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Gilmar Couto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gilmar Couto really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. With his leg Aron Vikström managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Botafogo MZRJ's Gilmar Couto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Gilmar Couto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aron Vikström was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 64th minute, Botafogo MZRJ's Jailson Capixaba ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aron Vikström. Aron Vikström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Gilmar Couto might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aron Vikström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilmar Couto ran back to his position shaking his head. After 69 played minutes Silas Lara rounded Karlsborg's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. Botafogo MZRJ's Antônio Lopez was substituted for Jailson Capixaba. The crowd rose to their feet as Botafogo MZRJ's Gilmar Couto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aron Vikström. That made the score 0-7 after 85 minutes of play. Gilmar Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
