The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pepe Sand to strike the kick off in the second half. Dario Artizars short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Cãlin Damaschin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the last second Cãlin Damaschin throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dario Artizar in the 52ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 55th minute, Dario Artizar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cãlin Damaschin was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. CERRO PORTEÑO's Gabino Ojeda quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Julián Aude, made in the 58th minute of the game. Lautaro Morales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Morales. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Pucará's goal looked a bit too open when Andres-Sebastian Kanchelskis came free, but Lautaro Morales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
