Bennvar Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Jerold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimiro Jerold's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bennvar Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugues Calonne in the 44th minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Anacleto Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Evelio Manzanedo hit a great ball. Anacleto Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugues Calonne in the 49th minute of play. Bennvar Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Roberto Cherro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anacleto Horado was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. With a left leg Anacleto Horado saved Los Gallos from getting behind. Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berto Somiedo in the 97th minute of play. Despite being the better team, Bolsodios failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
