In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bozkurt's goalkeeper Arda Göksel Yalman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sebastian Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Kai Havertz took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Belchior Saldanha. After having played for 32 minutes, Kai Havertz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bozkurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kai Havertz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Emmet McAaron in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Gallardeta's Alessio Scandella. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orhun Eryaman during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of Bozkurt:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Gallardeta:s goal. Bozkurt:s Arda Göksel Yalman showed great skill when he stopped Alessio Scandella:s penalty. 82 minutes into the match, Alessio Scandella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arda Göksel Yalman. Bozkurt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessio Scandella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. A collision led to La Gallardeta getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Enzo Nuñez hit a great ball.
