The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eduardo Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 9th play minute Carlos Alberto Marquez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eduardo Mota. 1-0. Yaman Academy®'s Carlos Alberto Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Yaman Academy® getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bastiaan Heirremans hit a great ball. Long Liang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Højlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto Marquez in the 25th minute of play forced Loures's goalkeeper Eduardo Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Loures's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlos Alberto Marquez was slow to take the kick. During this time Yaman Academy®'s players had a chance to rest. Eduardo Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Marquez in the 35th minute of the match. Loures's Eduardo Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Loures from getting a goal against them. In the 38th match minute, Loures was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökcan Ünaldi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Loures's zone, Carlos Alberto Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Mota came out of the goal and Carlos Alberto Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute Yaman Academy® were awarded a corner. Carlos Alberto Marquez went to the cornerflag to take it. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Rasmus Højlund made the kick off in the second half. Mikolaj Bartoszek's late challenge caught a Yaman Academy®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikolaj Bartoszek helped the player get up and apologised. Mikolaj Bartoszek hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Eduardo Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Marquez in the 52nd minute of the match. Long Liang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azar Azarov in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Yaman Academy®'s goalkeeper Long Liang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Azar Azarov. Loures's Eduardo Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Marquez in the 57th minute of play. The throw-in from Gökcan Ünaldi in the 61st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Yaman Academy®'s Önder Ünlü. Eduardo Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Marquez in the 65th minute of play. The corner led Yaman Academy®'s Carlos Alberto Marquez to fire away a dangerous shot which Eduardo Mota despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Carlos Alberto Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Yaman Academy® fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Alberto Marquez couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Carlos Alberto Marquez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduardo Mota. Loures's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Alberto Marquez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 73rd minute of the match Yaman Academy® got a corner. Loures's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Alberto Marquez ran over to the corner to take the kick. Long Liang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamilton Carvalhal in the 76th minute of play. Enes Ortanca was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 78 minutes into the match. Enes Ortanca kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Yaman Academy®'s goal looked a bit too open when Azar Azarov came free, but Long Liang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute Hamilton Carvalhal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Liang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wang Jun Wei kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Yaman Academy®'s Long Liang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Yaman Academy® from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Loures defense, Carlos Alberto Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eduardo Mota. The Loures fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eduardo Mota should have stopped the shot. Loures's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
