With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damián Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The FC Karamba fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when FC Karamba's André Luís Zanette looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 10 played minutes FC Karamba got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Zanette. Danas Nausėda scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damián Fernandez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th match minute, Atlas Sporting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio de Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute of the match Han Yu Feng sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damián Fernandez skillfully saved the ball. 22 minutes into the match, André Luís Zanette notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Atlas Sporting's Damián Fernandez. Damián Fernandez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enrique Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeu Fonseca in the 25th minute of the match. After 30 minutes, Dito Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlas Sporting and the FC Karamba players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Dito Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlas Sporting's Damián Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Zanette in the 40th minute of play. Enrique Mazza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Paulo Pires in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Romeu Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Paulo Pires was the one to do the kick off. Atlas Sporting's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Han Yu Feng ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Karamba's Rimvydas Andrašiūnas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Damián Fernandez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Damián Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danas Nausėda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rimvydas Andrašiūnas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Damián Fernandez made a huge save. After 62 played minutes Atlas Sporting got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio de Queiroz. Damián Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danas Nausėda in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danas Nausėda in the 70th minute of play forced Atlas Sporting's goalkeeper Damián Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Pires in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Karamba's goalkeeper Enrique Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Atlas Sporting's goal looked a bit too open when André Luís Zanette came free, but Damián Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damián Fernandez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Danas Nausėda showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 75 minute of play. FC Karamba made a substitution. Fidel Kelemen replaced Kristupas Vosylius. Enrique Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Karamba defense, Marco Torres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Mazza. The FC Karamba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Mazza should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Atlas Sporting's goal looked a bit too open when Danas Nausėda came free, but Damián Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Karamba booed when Atlas Sporting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Paulo Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Danas Nausėda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Damián Fernandez. That made the score 1-5 in the 88 minute of play. In the 92nd minute Albinas Matūzas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Kelemen in the 94th minute of play forced Atlas Sporting's goalkeeper Damián Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Atlas Sporting supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Karamba's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Karamba.
