Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benjamin Kreyenbühl in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruce Wayne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fire Devils's Odysseus Lindenmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Wiklund in the 14th minute of play. Olle Wiklund blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Odysseus Lindenmann having to make a save. Mitja Wollstadt made in the 18th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sven-Arne Bengtsson however managed to control. 19 minutes into the game, RompePiernas FC's Olle Wiklund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Odysseus Lindenmann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruce Wayne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Fire Devils's Samuel Giger seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Samuel Giger the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fire Devils protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Samuel Giger had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 24th minute, one of Fire Devils:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fire Devils. In the 26th minute, Tibor Berkes made a precise shot to the right of Odysseus Lindenmann. Fire Devils's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 31st minute of the match, Sven-Arne Bengtsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruce Wayne saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 33 minutes into the match, RompePiernas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Arne Bengtsson came free, but Bruce Wayne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37thth minute of the game Olle Wiklund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fire Devils's Odysseus Lindenmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by RompePiernas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edmílson Gaúcho was slow to take the kick. During this time Fire Devils's players had a chance to rest. After 44 played minutes Fire Devils got a freekick which was hit by Mitja Wollstadt. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tibor Berkes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Fire Devils's Odysseus Lindenmann got control of the ball when Olle Wiklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robin Andermatt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Wayne having to interfere. Olle Wiklund's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Odysseus Lindenmann firmly grabbed it by the left post. RompePiernas FC made a substitution.
