Pankracy Rasiak was slow to take the kick. During this time LKS Wasik Lidzbark's players had a chance to rest. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Freitas in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Tătaru in the 16th minute of play forced LKS Wasik Lidzbark's goalkeeper Filip Topolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Duszenski came free, but Jan Pihlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Preator Edikt's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pankracy Rasiak was slow to take the kick. During this time LKS Wasik Lidzbark's players had a chance to rest. The corner led LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Pankracy Rasiak to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan Pihlberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jan Pihlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Duszenski in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Filip Topolski got control of the ball when Horia Tătaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of LKS Wasik Lidzbark booed when Preator Edikt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashley Cole didn't get a good kick on the ball. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Smolarek in the 25th minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Dudu Freitas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jan Pihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Rasiak in the 31st minute of play. After 32 played minutes LKS Wasik Lidzbark got a freekick which was hit by Emil Jazowski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pankracy Rasiak in the 34th minute of play forced Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Jan Pihlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Pihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Rasiak in the 34th minute of play. Ziemowit Smolarek hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When Marian Duszenski came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the LKS Wasik Lidzbark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Duszenski couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Preator Edikt's Bernt Larsson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Pankracy Rasiak struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jan Pihlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LKS Wasik Lidzbark. After the first half LKS Wasik Lidzbark were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Michael Stor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filip Topolski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Preator Edikt were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after LKS Wasik Lidzbark's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Gustavo Barbosa took the corner. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when LKS Wasik Lidzbark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sean Sparrow didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Sean Sparrow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Stig-Ove Blomqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filip Topolski was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. A collision led to Preator Edikt getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Luís Gustavo Barbosa hit a great ball. LKS Wasik Lidzbark's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
