The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Pedro Villalaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Kvarnström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Villalaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kenneth Kvarnström having to make a save. In the 7th minute Pedro Villalaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Kvarnström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dadhyan Rudrappa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Carvalhal in the 8th minute. Pedro Villalaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Kvarnström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Fredric Åström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Snett★inåt★bakåt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ORION F.C. the free kick. Fredric Åström kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Pedro Villalaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kenneth Kvarnström was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the game, Ola Britz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Snett★inåt★bakåt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ORION F.C. the free kick. Kenneth Kvarnström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Villalaz in the 20th minute of play. Andrés Mendieta's late challenge caught a Snett★inåt★bakåt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrés Mendieta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Snett★inåt★bakåt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Kuse to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute, Andrés Mendieta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenneth Kvarnström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kenneth Kvarnström came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by ORION F.C.'s Pedro Villalaz. But to his dismay, Pedro Villalaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fernando Carvalhal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dadhyan Rudrappa came out and tried to block the shot, but Fernando Carvalhal slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 31st minute. In the 35th minute ORION F.C. were awarded a corner. Samuele Neustadt went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Snett★inåt★bakåt's goalkeeper Kenneth Kvarnström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenneth Kvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Villalaz in the 40th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Carvalhal was the one to do the kick off. Kenneth Kvarnström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Villalaz went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. ORION F.C.'s Pedro Villalaz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Pedro Villalaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kenneth Kvarnström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Villalaz ran back to his position shaking his head. Snett★inåt★bakåt's Kenneth Kvarnström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Villalaz in the 58th minute of play. Pedro Villalaz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-6 to the left of a surprised Kenneth Kvarnström 60 minutes into the match. Kenneth Kvarnström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Villalaz in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, ORION F.C.'s Pedro Villalaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Kvarnström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. Kenneth Kvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Villalaz in the 71st minute of the match. Pedro Villalaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Kvarnström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Snett★inåt★bakåt's goalkeeper Kenneth Kvarnström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrés Mendieta. Kenneth Kvarnström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Villalaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the game, Pedro Villalaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-8. Kenneth Kvarnström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kenneth Kvarnström made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Pedro Villalaz sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 93 minutes, Pedro Villalaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ORION F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Villalaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Kenneth Kvarnström managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when ORION F.C.'s Andrés Mendieta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Snett★inåt★bakåt fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ORION F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
