Estrela Solitária's Naldo Rossi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sinan Erzincanlı in the 16 minute of the game. In the 17thth minute of the game Sandrinho Hoffmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Nando Muslera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Sandrinho Hoffmann notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's Nando Muslera. Nando Muslera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Sandrinho Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nando Muslera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 24 minutes of play, Estrela Solitária's Sandrinho Hoffmann made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nando Muslera was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 27 minutes, Sandrinho Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrela Solitária's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandrinho Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL's goal looked a bit too open when Sandrinho Hoffmann came free, but Nando Muslera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Sinan Erzincanlı in the 38th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Estrela Solitária's Pedro Luiz Ferreira. In the 43rd minute Sandrinho Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Muslera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nando Muslera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Meira in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dudu Meira to strike the kick off in the second half. Nando Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Müller in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the game Sinan Erzincanlı made a throw-in which Çağan Demirman played forward. 64 minutes into the match, Estrela Solitária's Gerd Müller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nando Muslera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Estrela Solitária's Gerd Müller dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. The supporters of VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL booed when Estrela Solitária was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luiz Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Gerd Müller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Gerd Müller recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nando Muslera. Gerd Müller showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. When Gerd Müller came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Estrela Solitária fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerd Müller couldn't finish the play. Gerd Müllers short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Nando Muslera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Estrela Solitária's Dudu Meira got a free kick in the 95th minute. The VaRıNcA ÇaLdıR iStaNbuL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Estrela Solitária were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
