An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Delabarre in the 12th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Beto Santirso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's Victoriano Porfiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Josué Rego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zola Predosa FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joélson Alagoano was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Tigers's players had a chance to rest. Golden Tigers's Feijo Freire was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Josué Rego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 20th minute, Lukáš Sychra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Demis Son scored 2-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Josué Rego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Zola Predosa FC booed when Golden Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Lluis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Oscar Delabarre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Tigers's Beto Santirso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute, Armin Di Girolamo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Konstantinos Tsartas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beto Santirso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Mascitti, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Oscar Delabarre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beto Santirso having to interfere. Beto Santirso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amedeo Piermattei in the 57th minute. Zola Predosa FC made a substitution. Fabio Marcantonio replaced Andrea Bertolini. Oscar Delabarre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Beto Santirso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75thth minute of the game Cosimo Sciamanna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Tigers's Beto Santirso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Golden Tigers made a substitution. Zdeněk Šebestík replaced Victoriano Porfiro. Oscar Delabarre hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Josué Rego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdeněk Šebestík in the 83rd minute of play. Golden Tigers's Beto Santirso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvise Mascitti in the 85th minute of play. Josué Rego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demis Son in the 87th minute of the match. Cosimo Sciamanna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Beto Santirso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cosimo Sciamannas short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Beto Santirso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Beto Santirso managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Zola Predosa FC's Cosimo Sciamanna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cosimo Sciamanna had several of the Golden Tigers's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Beto Santirso as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Zola Predosa FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match.
