JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's Pedro Alacuart quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Antonis Mavrofidis, made in the 9th minute of the game. Roch Felenak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Onana having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's goalkeeper André Onana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roch Felenak. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Gianluca Prestin put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of André Onana. Jolan Galindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Gene in the 22nd minute of play. André Onana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roch Felenak's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Jelle Ceustermans in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's Ari Brantwein. After a rather tough play, JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's Pedro Alacuart got a free kick in the 32nd minute. La Pointe Courte's Jolan Galindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Gene in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Basilio Gene got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Gene in the 41st minute of play forced La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Jolan Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Basilio Gene made a precise shot to the right of Jolan Galindo. La Pointe Courte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roch Felenak to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Roch Felenak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Onana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Onana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85thth minute of the game Yves Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JubiladosPlayasdeMalagaFS's André Onana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. La Pointe Courte had won after a very even match.
