The corner was taken by Atabey Ökten in the 14th minute. After taking down the ball on H E P T A N FC's corner Atabey Ökten fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vute Baliev quite easily take care of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Gonzo Ivanov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arif Bilge Tokyürek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Vute Baliev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yu Xi in the 28th minute. Vute Baliev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şafak Açıkalın, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in H E P T A N FC's zone, Toni Nenchev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arif Bilge Tokyürek came out of the goal and Toni Nenchev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vute Baliev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şafak Açıkalın's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Zahari Kerekov hit a great ball. The supporters of H E P T A N FC booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antim Karamanski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Antim Karamanski's late challenge caught a H E P T A N FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antim Karamanski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of H E P T A N FC booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antim Karamanski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yu Xi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vute Baliev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şafak Açıkalın in the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DARAS's Zahari Kerekov got a free kick in the 55th minute. Murat Akpınar scored 2-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vute Baliev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. H E P T A N FC's Gürsel Küdüs managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Zahari Kerekov in the 61 minute of the game. DARAS's Vute Baliev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Xi in the 70th minute of play. Vute Baliev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yu Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th match minute, H E P T A N FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fazlı Nasrullah to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Xi in the 80th minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Vute Baliev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yu Xi took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vute Baliev. Vute Baliev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Yu Xi managed to get in a good position for a shot. H E P T A N FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yu Xi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vute Baliev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Paolo Rossi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arif Bilge Tokyürek. The goal made the score 3-2. DARAS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
