Despite this Roch Zdeb quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 6 minutes into the match, Amedeo Carlucci notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Wisła Kraków's Roch Zdeb. Roch Zdeb was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wisła Kraków were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Flying Hellfish's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Afonso Rochedo took the corner. The corner led Wisła Kraków's Afonso Rochedo to fire away a dangerous shot which Kazimierz Wielkopolski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermanno Puglielli in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kazimierz Wielkopolski saved Flying Hellfish from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Flying Hellfish's Michael Miels slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roch Zdeb. That made the score 2-0 after 23 minutes of play. The supporters of Wisła Kraków booed when Flying Hellfish was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Roch Zdeb had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Miels. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Afloroaiei in the 38th minute of play forced Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Roch Zdeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roch Zdeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Afloroaiei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the game, one of Wisła Kraków:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Roch Zdeb had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Everitt Obree's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Afloroaiei was the one to do the kick off. Roch Zdeb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Lund in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Roch Zdeb, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute Flying Hellfish were awarded a corner. Everitt Obree went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Flying Hellfish's corner Everitt Obree fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roch Zdeb quite easily take care of the ball. Flying Hellfish's Kazimierz Wielkopolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Flying Hellfish from getting a goal against them. Wisła Kraków's Roch Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Afloroaiei in the 64th minute of play. Flying Hellfish's Karl Howarth was substituted for Daniel Afloroaiei. Mariusz Kornaszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Kazimierz Wielkopolski made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Mariusz Kornaszewski sent off a good shot on target. Michael Miels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Zdeb having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Pete Wirth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flying Hellfish's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wisła Kraków the free kick. A collision led to Flying Hellfish getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Pete Wirth hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl Howarth in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roch Zdeb prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
