Sαηgrε Azuɭ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lionel-Andrés Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Fuerzas Armadas's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel-Andrés Messias came free, but Oro Montes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Conrado Rodriguez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oro Montes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lionel-Andrés Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oro Montes having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Sαηgrε Azuɭ got a freekick which was hit by Lionel-Andrés Messias. 20 minutes into the match, Lionel-Andrés Messias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fuerzas Armadas's Oro Montes. Oro Montes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernhardt Reshauge stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quinto Nobo's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel-Andrés Messias in the 28th minute of play forced Fuerzas Armadas's goalkeeper Oro Montes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Rodriguez struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Oro Montes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sαηgrε Azuɭ. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quinto Nobo in the 36th minute of play forced Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Fuerzas Armadas defense, Lionel-Andrés Messias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oro Montes. The Fuerzas Armadas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oro Montes should have stopped the shot. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Conrado Rodriguez got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xerardo Amer was the one to do the kick off. Bernhardt Reshauge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaizkine Armada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gösta Blomqvist hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute of the match Eufrasio Aranzubia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernhardt Reshauge showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oro Montes made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Conrado Rodriguez sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th match minute, Fuerzas Armadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Rivas to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the game, Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Conrado Rodriguez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oro Montes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Conrado Rodriguez scored 0-6 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oro Montes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Rodriguez got free with Oro Montes in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 73 minutes Fuerzas Armadas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonas Ordono who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Jonas Ordono almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fuerzas Armadas's Oro Montes did a great save. With a little luck, Fuerzas Armadas's Oro Montes got control of the ball when Conrado Rodriguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xerardo Amer in the 78th minute of play forced Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goalkeeper Bernhardt Reshauge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oro Montes was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Lionel-Andrés Messias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lionel-Andrés Messias really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Bernhardt Reshauge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xerardo Amer, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Fuerzas Armadas were awarded a corner. Eufrasio Aranzubia went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Eufrasio Aranzubia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernhardt Reshauge quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fuerzas Armadas's Oro Montes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel-Andrés Messias in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Gaizkine Armada notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Bernhardt Reshauge. Bernhardt Reshauge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernhardt Reshauge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xerardo Amer in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Sαηgrε Azuɭ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fuerzas Armadas.
