Curumalán AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Aalders was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emmanuel Gigliotti couldn't finish the play. Perico Caminero's late challenge caught a Curumalán AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Barahona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6.
