Loris Karius made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Inge Braa sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute Inge Braa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loris Karius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greid Tinsmith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Ciocârlan in the 26th minute of the match. Sport Club Abrilense's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Inge Braa scored to the left of an out of position Loris Karius, making the score, 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, Doffes Damer's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Ciocârlan came free, but Greid Tinsmith reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inge Braa to strike the kick off in the second half. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Doffes Damer fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sport Club Abrilense had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
