With a little luck, FLA MQ BRASIL's Joel Aguiar got control of the ball when Rolando Lopez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Club Atlético Temperley fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Club Atlético Temperley's Cristiano Correia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rolando Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Cordarell, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The Club Atlético Temperley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Joel Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FLA MQ BRASIL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Joel Pitin scored to the left of an out of position Joel Aguiar, making the score, 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Pedro Carvalho to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dito Fantini during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dito Fantini hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes of play, Club Atlético Temperley's Cristiano Correia made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Aguiar was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Club Atlético Temperley's Cristiano Correia in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 93 minutes, Raúl Soeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FLA MQ BRASIL and the Club Atlético Temperley players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes FLA MQ BRASIL got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Soeiro.
