In the 19th minute Anabolic Boys were awarded a corner. King Elin went to the cornerflag to take it. Anabolic Boys's King Elin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Primitivo Fernanco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Primitivo Fernanco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thor Lindström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Bertran got free with Joakim Hökkvist in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joakim Hökkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Nuno in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Anabolic Boys's goalkeeper Joakim Hökkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ladislao Bertran. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bartolo Nuno was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Anabolic Boys's Thor Lindström made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Primitivo Fernanco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Primitivo Fernanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Wiman in the 53rd minute of play. Anabolic Boys had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
