Friggle FC's Rex Jackson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lilko Timov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 9th minute, Benet Rano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dale Cummings might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lilko Timov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dale Cummings ran back to his position shaking his head. Amedeo Verdecchia kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Dale Cummings might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lilko Timov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. VN SOKOLI-VARNA were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Friggle FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marian Todorov took the corner. Aktuğ Gariboğlu hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Arturo Boruc acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 28th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marian Todorov. In the 30th minute, Afşar Şahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Friggle FC's Dale Cummings got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hong Feng Jian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Arturo Boruc made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Friggle FC's goalkeeper Arturo Boruc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hong Feng Jian. The supporters of Friggle FC booed when VN SOKOLI-VARNA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Okaner Kornes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferran Torres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led VN SOKOLI-VARNA's Marian Todorov to fire away a dangerous shot which Arturo Boruc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hong Feng Jian in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arturo Boruc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Hong Feng Jian sped through Friggle FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arturo Boruc. 66 minutes into the match, Friggle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferran Torres came free, but Arturo Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Hong Feng Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Okaner Kornes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lilko Timov made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Dale Cummings sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 91 in the game by Dale Cummings from a close distance when the talented Lilko Timov managed to make a qualified save. VN SOKOLI-VARNA's players were relieved. Hong Feng Jian took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo Boruc. Arturo Boruc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Arturo Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferran Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. VN SOKOLI-VARNA had won after a very even match.
