Song Peng Xi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 乔邦树 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 乔邦树 came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Olympique Salonais's Song Peng Xi. But to his dismay, Song Peng Xi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 7thth minute of the game Song Peng Xi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buenos Muchachos's 乔邦树 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 10th play minutes Song Peng Xi shot 2-0, a short shot which went by 乔邦树 and just under the crossbar into goal. 乔邦树 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Etxepare in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Song Peng Xi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 乔邦树 was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Olympique Salonais's Raymond Foubert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Jaramillo in the 17th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Song Peng Xi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buenos Muchachos's 乔邦树 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olympique Salonais's Song Peng Xi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Boix in the 25th minute of play forced Olympique Salonais's goalkeeper Raymond Foubert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Song Peng Xi in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 乔邦树 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song Peng Xi in the 30th minute of play forced Buenos Muchachos's goalkeeper 乔邦树 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Foubert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Boix in the 31st minute of play. 乔邦树 came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Olympique Salonais's Song Peng Xi. But to his dismay, Song Peng Xi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 46th minute Olympique Salonais were awarded a corner. Jean-Christophe Grenard went to the cornerflag to take it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Song Peng Xi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute Song Peng Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 乔邦树 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song Peng Xi in the 61st minute of play forced Buenos Muchachos's goalkeeper 乔邦树 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Foubert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Boix, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Song Peng Xi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 乔邦树 was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Song Peng Xi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 乔邦树 having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Hilario Chale cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. 乔邦树 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raymond Foubert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Boix in the 82nd minute of the match. 乔邦树 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Peng Xi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Olympique Salonais had won after a very even match.
