Billy Harman made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Goodfellas's Antonio Ciolli. 37 minutes into the match, Annedal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo de Amaral came free, but Christer Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luis Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Gustavo de Amaral to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Frisco got free with Christer Olsson in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Luis Bladi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaroslaw Komanski.
