Peter Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hassan Marcou in the 2nd minute of play. Peter Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave De Bartolo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Benknotorna's goal looked a bit too open when Dave De Bartolo came free, but Peter Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Dave De Bartolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, GG Team FC's Dave De Bartolo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Lundgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peter Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave De Bartolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Dave De Bartolo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Lundgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When GG Team FC's Dave De Bartolo in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Benknotorna's goalie prevented a goal. After 21 minutes Benknotorna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. Despite this Peter Lundgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 25 minutes into the match, Benknotorna's goal looked a bit too open when Dave De Bartolo came free, but Peter Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave De Bartolo in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GG Team FC's Bernardo Scandella got a free kick in the 28th minute. Fortunato Montini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Bure, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Benknotorna's Peter Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave De Bartolo in the 31st minute of play. Dave De Bartolo might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Lundgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave De Bartolo ran back to his position shaking his head. Fortunato Montini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Bure, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Benknotorna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustav Siöberg in the 36th minute. The corner led to Benknotorna's Kurt Bure getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Benknotorna's goal looked a bit too open when Dave De Bartolo came free, but Peter Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Bernardo Scandella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peter Lundgren. Benknotorna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Scandella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Maciej Kaznocha struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Peter Lundgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GG Team FC. 45 minutes into the match, Benknotorna's goal looked a bit too open when Dave De Bartolo came free, but Peter Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Bure was the one to do the kick off. Benknotorna's Peter Lundgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Benknotorna from getting a goal against them. After 53 minutes of play, GG Team FC's Dave De Bartolo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Lundgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Benknotorna booed when GG Team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciej Kaznocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Elia Guerini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maciej Kaznocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Lundgren having to interfere. Olof Forsberg hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Dave De Bartolo notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Benknotorna's Peter Lundgren. Peter Lundgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gustav Siöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Montini having to interfere. When GG Team FC's Dave De Bartolo in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hassan Marcou took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Peter Lundgren. Benknotorna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
